JP and Colleen are the best!! JP has been able to save so many of our rugs - whether the stains are from dogs, babies, red wine, dirt, or mystery, he gets them out and the rugs look good as new. Colleen makes scheduling such a breeze, their pricing is very reasonable, and they are just really nice people. I have been a customer for years and I recommend them to everyone I know.

This is the second time we have hired JP to clean our area rugs and the second time I have been blown away by his services. Both times we have had him clean multiple rugs that were generally soiled by having a large dog in the house and general wear. Once cleaned, they looked like new and smelled great! This second time, we also had him clean a couch that had blood stains on it (again, from our dog) that we had tried in vain to clean ourselves. I was shocked to find he was able to get them out!!!
