Has the best customer service I've ever experienced with a vet. My cat was recently diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease. They have been beyond helpful in answering all my questions, telling me which food to switch him to and what care he will need. They turned my panic about this diagnoses to a calm. Really happy I decided to take my cats to this vet. 100% recommend them.
Heal vet has the most compassionate, caring, and attentive staff I have ever met! They saved my cat back in 2021 when no one else could figure out what was wrong with him (it was a liver shunt). I will always bring my pets to them! It is very evident that they all care deeply about us and our pets!
We love, love, love Heal Vet Clinic! After having a disappointing experience at our previous vet, we were recommended to try Heal and I'm so glad we did. They take the time needed to make my puppy feel safe and secure - and that ain't easy at a place where needles and procedures are commonplace. Our puppy is a rescue and extremely anxious in normal situations, let alone vets. He shakes and gets hypervigilant so that any movement becomes a potential threat. The staff are always patient as if they have all the time in the world to get his weight on the scary scales.
