Customer service is alway excellent! I moved out of the delivery area, but I’m still committed to driving to drop off and pickup my clothes because I trust Dependable to do a phenomenal job.

Consistently outstanding customer service, especially from the pickup / delivery drivers. Where else will you get an assigned driver who knows you by name and will call you if you forgot to put the bag out?

Watertown Dependable Cleaners I have used for more than a decade. My clothes are always finished on time, usually early, and are meticulously cleaned. When I have left something in my pocket in error they recover it before the clothes are cleaned. The check-in and check-out is always efficient and accurate. They train their staff thoroughly. It is a pleasure to see them and do business.
