From the first day I walked into Boston Sports Medicine I was greeted with warmth, kindness and respect. Having rotator cuff tendonitis I was in terrible pain and limited to any and all activities. I met with Katie PT, and from the first day to the 12 weeks of physical therapy I was treated with empathy, kindness, and direct attention to heal me and get me back on my feet. Katie and the staffing deserve a special thank you, as I have never seen a professional team in healthcare services work together with smiling faces and determination to assist the patients during this traumatic, painful time of need. Great experience at BSM in Watertown, rehabbing from a recent hip replacement. My therapist Jason was terrific, very knowledgable and empathetic. He not only knew which exercises were the most helpful, but also knew when to slow me down when I’d get ahead of myself. His treatment plan was geared to getting me back to my sports activities as quickly as possible. I would recommend BSM without reservation.
I have a herniated disc, and they gave me a set of daily exercises, and I always feel better after completing them. They give me more challenging exercises in session, and always explain the purpose of the movements and what they are trying to accomplish. I feel they helped me a great deal.
