Barefoot Reflexology

This was my first time getting reflexology, and I definitely will be going back regularly. It was a wonderful experience, and the results were amazing. I have chronic pain, and it has alleviated my pain immensely.

Purchased Foot reflexology; Good for the price. The room is one long, dimly lit room with about 4 or 5 big lounge chairs and thin hanging room dividers between each station. There's some relaxing music and low lighting for comfort.I didn't feel there was any special technique or reflexology used but it was fine for $40. There was 10 minutes of shoulder/neck to start while your feet soaked in a plastic lined bucket of warm water. Reflexology experience probably varies greatly depending on which technician you get. Would go again if I knew which technicians were better.

This was so lovely - $40 for foot soak with shoulder/back massage and then foot reflexology. The masseuse was deeply kind and intentional. The room was quiet and calming. I’ll definitely be back.
