If it were possible to give Alpha Mechanical zero stars, I would not hesitate. My recent experience with this company, particularly with the owner Adriana, has been utterly disappointing and frustrating.Three weeks ago, I contacted Alpha Mechanical to have my A/C checked due to warm air blowing out. From the outset, dealing with Adriana was a nightmare. She dismissed my concerns, claiming the air was warm because the outside temperature was too cold. Her absurd explanation continued with assertions that no one in Massachusetts used A/C, including herself. Several days ago when it was 90 degrees outside my A/C stopped working. I called Alpha Mechanical. The next day a mechanic arrived. He figured out the problem and spent about 4 hours fixing it, which was way past his work shift. The A/C is now working perfectly.
