I met Joe Carnevale last winter when I intended to install a geothermal heat pump system. Joe recommended against it telling that an air to air had almost equal efficiency for half the cost. I spent the next few months analyzing cost, basement obstructions of pipes, pumps plus the heat pump. It took awhile. By spring I was ready to move forward with an air to air and got quotes from others including a local Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installer. Last, it was Joe's turn to come back and provide a quote. This company responded quickly to my inquiry about replacing my heating/cooling system, submitted a timely written quote which I accepted, and completed the work in two days. I was very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the workers. I would definitely recommend this company.
From sales process, to installation, to getting our rebate paperwork in, Airco has been of great aid the entire time. Joe was a fabulous salesman who made me feel like I knew the product I was getting before I had ever seen it.
