Mike dropped off unlicensed ac installers to install $10,600 Lg dual head mini split system . We never saw him again. He never returned calls . The refrigeration lines had to to be reinstalled because they were laid on the ground than reinstalled again because the were put on the siding of the house making my home look like an industrial site.Finally they were installed in the crawl space .The condenser was installed on brackets hanging from the siding Causing noise and vibration in the house . The lines to the condenser are a hanging and twisted mess . The condenser was not secured. on a pad on the ground , as all other installations he did in-the neighborhood .Finally... read full review

We contracted for an LG dual head heat pumps system we paid $10,600. LG told us a licensed AC installer must do the work to honor the warranty. Although Mike Moro is licensed he dropped his two unlicensed employees at our home to do the work; we never saw Mike Moro again. He did not respond to calls texts or written letter. His one year labor guarantee is worthless. The installation of the refrigerant lines had to be redone three times. First they were put uncovered on the middle of the siding, looking like an industrial site, then they were put on the ground uncovered where any animal could eat through them, finally they put inside the crawl space but refrigerant lines... read full review
