“Our kitchen sink unexpectedly backed up on Tuesday evening. We called BEC at 7am the next morning and they were here before Noon. Nick and Geno were very thorough and made sure that they didn’t leave a mess after having to cut and replace a large section of pipe in the basement after numerous attempts to solve the issue by snaking the line. “Moved into west Brookfield recently. Had one oil company come and fill my tank and said there was a free furnace cleaning with a fill up, never heard from them again. Two days ago my furnace went down and I called Sherman oil as they are local. Women on the phone was wonderful to deal with and there was a service tech out to my place within a couple hours. Also very pleasant and did a great job. I will not ever call a different oil company. They have my business as long as I live here!“

I showed him the old part and he said follow me. We went upstairs and he went right to a shelve and found the part I was so desperately looking for!
