Joe and his partner did an excellent job connecting a split system to the electricity in my house. I am very thankful for their professionalism and ethics of work with customers home. I was so at ease and my animals also. They understood immediately how to maneuver around my tiny cluttered home without any problems or complaints. Our kitchen sink unexpectedly backed up on Tuesday evening. We called BEC at 7am the next morning and they were here before Noon. Nick and Geno were very thorough and made sure that they didn’t leave a mess after having to cut and replace a large section of pipe in the basement after numerous attempts to solve the issue by snaking the line. Super nice people, very efficient, super knowledgable and I will absolutely use them again. Thank you BEC Plumbing and Heating for solving our unexpected issue so quickly!
We highly recommend David Therrien and his team at Quality Home Improvements. With our 20 year old kitchen badly in need of a facelift, David replaced a damaged ceramic tile floor with high-end luxury vinyl planks, installed a mosaic marble backsplash, and relocated several electrical switches/outlets. It was such a pleasure to have David in our home. He, and his team, are so personable it felt like a family gathering. The work was done precisely on time, of the highest quality, and at a fair and reasonable cost. David was incredibly flexible and accommodated our requested scope changes without pushing back and with minimal impact to schedule and cost. Nothing surprises David – he’s seen it all before – and he made the most difficult aspects seem easy. David demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship – every piece of floor and every mosaic tile was shaped and placed with exquisite attention to detail. A kitchen remodel is an invasive project, but David minimized the disruption by keeping the project organized, constantly clean, and providing extras like temporary sink plumbing. We will surely be using Quality Home Improvements for other home updates in the near future.

I had a wonderful hour and a half massage today with Tina, I ve never been to this establishment and was very pleased at what I saw when I entered, a very clean and spacious lower level with a carpeted staircase that leads upstairs to the massage rooms. The massage room was absolutely beautiful, a lovely wall piece with a flickering flame,flickering artifi cial candles throughout the room,a little sit down with Tina to get to know each other a bit and discuss what I was looking for. I felt very comfortable with Tina and she did a wonderful job with a gentle flowing massage and she even provided the Ylang Ylang essential oils I had requested. A really great experience and I booked for next month.I really appreciate the time Tina took to understand how much stress I have been going through and actually reassured me that things would be OK This was the total experience that someone looking for a relaxed atmosphere and relaxing massage.
