Michelle is the best. Placed an order today for someone who lost a loved one and Michelle went above and beyond to assist me although the information I gave her initially was incorrect. She helped me so much. She went out of her way although they already fulfilled their end of things with our order. She honestly saved the day and I can't thank her enough. Please spend your money here. This is a company that still believes in customer service.

Otto Florist is fantastic! In March we walked in and ordered 7 arrangements and a casket arrangement for a funeral a few days away. They were delivered 3/15 and were beautiful. Finally just today, 19 days later, I pulled out the ones still looking fresh and out in a mason jar. Incredible.
