The HeatPro went to my residence to do a whole boiler installments. They acknowledged the issues, corrected the issues even when I previously contracted an electrician to “do the job” but the job was totally wrong and they had my boiler run as it should have. I am so thankful for them. One thing I want to mention is that I wish they would have suggested me to replace other things that I had to call them for after, but besides that they are wonderful. My furnace issue may have taken time to fix however the company's response was quick and professional. Ryan and Alex worked through the possibilities to properly diagnose the problem. They were professional, answered my questions and were very diligent in their work.
