I loved this vet. Especially during Covid times when everyone else had a waiting list for 2 months or more. She took my cat right away that needed to be rehomed and was never vetted or neutered, so literally a lifesaver!!!!!! ?????
Without any children of our own, our fur baby is our only child. I would not trust any other doctor with my baby boy! Dr. Merola is the smartest, with the most amazing temperament, and attentiveness with the animals when seeing them. If you’re call ncerned that her desk may be a mess... then your priorities are in the wrong place.
I went to this place to neuter my cat, the vet was really nice and she is very kind and helpful, and my cat looks well so far. However one thing I'm concerned about is that she didn't tell me she trimmed my cat's nails, and what I found is that she trimmed the nails too short and hurt the vessels in the nails. From the burnt marks on his nails I could tell she burnt the wound to stop them from bleeding(which should not happen in the first place), and I think she also accidentally burnt some parts on his paws (a few of his finger tips are white, like being cooked). I don't know why a vet would trim a cat's nails like that but I do feel bad for my cat.
