My muscles are always full of knots and she was able to sustain deep presssure for the whole 90 minutes. She also checked with me before adjusting my towel, etc. and asked if the pressure was ok, which is nice. I go more to have my stressed out body realigned than for relaxation, but it did also have the effect of allowing me to sleep 9 hours that night.“
