I have found Robert Hendrick, proprietor of Hendrick-IT, very knowledgeable and quickly able to sort out problems with my home pc and macbook. He is willing and able to explain to me what I may need to be doing next. I would be glad to recommend him to any one of my friends. He is always a pleasure to work with - and he came to me via one of those friends!

Robert Hendrick responded to my first call to ask for help with rescuing my Outlook on my phone and my laptop. He made all of that perfect in less than an hour, and I am now back to full strength after two weeks of struggling. He has done several rescues involving different areas of computer technology, and they have all been a total success. Great job on each one, and the cost has always been reasonably low.

I needed a router upgrade for my house and it was more than I was ready to handle due to the having the house hardwired. I wanted WiFi but I also needed to use hardwired outlets at my desk. Robert came out looked at the set up, procured the right hardware and got the job done. He tested the outlets upstairs and down for the hardware and made sure the WiFi was in good order. I was so happy with his work and professionalism I called him back when my Mom wanted to become a cord cutter and we got her set up with the right Router and checked that WiFi speeds would be adequate for SLING, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Robert Gets FIVE stars.
