Happy Feet Reflexology

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and chronic back pain. My friend took me to Happy Feet for 1/2 hour feet & 1/2 hour body work. Eric was my therapist. He was in tune with what muscles were tighter than others. He worked around painful areas to provide comfort and relief. I took an Epsom salt bath and an Aleve to avoid being sore the next day. No soreness whatsoever and my body and pain free!

Had an hour foot massage at the Waltham location. I’d give it a 2.5. The back and neck massage was nice but the foot massage was mediocre. Barely felt any pressure even when I requested for more. Felt like the guy I had was just rubbing my legs and playing with my toes. I’ve had better foot massages from the nail salon. Disappointed, had good experiences at the Cambridge location but I won’t be returning to the Waltham location for sure.

I’ve been going to this location for many years and love the ease of making an appointment which can be done with a phone call and has never been a problem. Always kind and professional. About 3 years ago the massages were too hard and when asked to please go lighter there was no change. Over time I got used to that. Two weeks ago I had a massage and barely felt anything. Too much time was spent massaging the same area of my foot and leg with no change in strokes or pressure. My friend was with me and had the same experience.
