Great product. Easy to use.Would be nice to have more design options but it makes up for that in the ease of use aspect.However……Similar to many subscription services they make it very difficult to cancel your order.Here’s an amusing scenario I just experienced. To make a long story short:When telling the virtual assistant you want to cancel your order, I was made to wait approx 30 minutes on hold.I tried this:Responding that I’d wished to open am account. Within a minute or less, I was speaking to a rep.I think this may be happening across the board with many brands. The impact on my business since I started using their system has been HUGE! To say I am happy would be a big understatement. It has paid for itself almost immediately. Definitely reccomend it!
