Roof was leaking. Joe Cahill responded quickly. Really knows his trade and honest about what needs to be done. No upselling or other bs like with another company I called. Highly recommended. Will definitely hire him to replace roof when the time comes.

We recently hired Cahill Roofing to remove two old and obsolete solar panels also replace the aging asphalt roof over our house. Joe came over promptly to check out the work and gave an estimate. He was very responsive to text messages and phone calls. The price he quoted was much lower than what I got from a bigger and more well known company. He kept me informed about any schedule changes. His crew did an excellent job of installing the new roof and also thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. As a result of removing the solar panels, some of the wooden blocks and a metal rod (that were holding the panels in place) had fallen inside the attic. I was concerned about it. Joe was kind enough to come back to take a took and reassured me that the pieces could be safely discarded and were not part of the roof. Joe is a fine human being and cares for his customers. I highly recommend Cahill Roofing & Construction.
