“We've had an excellent experience with APC!I'm very impressed with their 6 month retreat policy which they have honored, no questions asked, 4 times!Though they have come back, the treatments we received for carpenter ants have been very effective. After two rounds of treatment (which they told us to expect) the ants pretty much disappeared!A month or so later we saw one ant (compared to a few per day before). We called and they came out the next day to re-up our treatment.Then while remodeling I found an old nest, though no ants. APC sent out a technician the next business day to spray it just to be safe!And then when I spaced out the appointment time and forgot to be home, completely my fault, they came back again to make sure the job was done!I was honestly expecting to get some kind of charge for the second visit as I wasted their time with a missed appt, but nope, there was no mention of a fee, nothing but kindness and helpfulness!“

Called Baystate Wildlife (my son looked them up online) and Alex was there in about an hour. He captured the bat without incident and saved me from the harrowing experience I had three years ago when I was recovering from spine surgery. These people know what they're doing! They came in to the property which is a thirty unit condominium, they did an amazing job cleaning this spring they cleared everything removed dead shrubs, trimmed branches in the driveway and parking area, cleared everything out then they put in the mulch it looks amazing everyone was so impressed with the work they did. I highly recommend them they pay very close attention to details and get the job done.
