I only have experienced good service while getting my car inspection sticker at this station . I was hesitant the last time because i am reading horror reviews but everything was fine.
I had 3 cars of different years: 2022, 2018 and 2006.
I have taken the 3 cars there for inspection without an issue. I am in and out in 15 minutes or so.
I assume the older guys (with Eastern European/Russian? accent) sitting at the cash register are the owners. A bit dry customer service skills but still pleasant.
Great place to get inspections and gas! Gas seems to last longer!As for repairs….years ago my son had a real piece of crap for a car and this place caught something that was extremely dangerous and said he should get it fixed there or somewhere else because it could end up disastrous if not fixed! To me that shows he cared about him! I will never forget it! We brought it somewhere else for a second opinion and they agreed!UPDATE:Just got gas and the attendant inside noticed I had an expired inspection sticker! I completely missed it! He took me right away and saved me from getting pulled over!!
I'm new to the state / region, so the whole state inspection process is completely new to me. After the first two places I asked didn't do state inspections anymore (despite old reviews mentioning this), I came here where the signage was clear that they performed the inspections. I was doing this on my lunch break, hoping for everything to go smoothly. Now, the car that needed inspecting is only 1 year old and was just recently serviced by the dealership, so I didn't expect to have any issues. That being said, the speed at which they got me in (another inspection ended about 2 minutes after I pulled in) and out was truly impressive! No BS and down to business, which was exactly what I wanted. However, the absolute highlight of the experience was being greeted by and hanging out with Thunder, the shop cat. I'd gladly return for future inspections!
