“I have two homes with pumps that are serviced yearly by Basement Technologies. This review is for the serivice done in March and the service done in April. Archie has been doing this yearly maintenance service for me since I can remember. I request him every year. He Is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. He is worth his weight in gold! In March the service went well so we are set until the next time. In April, the home on Cape Cod which has a very high water table especially with all the rain we’ve been getting, had some water that seeped up through cracks in the floor. Archie immediately put on his troubleshooting hat and made some adjustments to the pump's controls and the well. He did not rush and took his time to make sure all was flowing and working efficiently. Hopefully, that will resolve the water seeping in from the cracks. If not, we have some recommendations from Archie that we will follow up on. Thank you Archie
