“I hired Keith's Tree Removal to trim the branches overhanging my roof. Efficiently, the estimator, Jay, came. He shared enthusiastically about my trees and made great suggestions. He gave me a reasonable quote. 6 workers came with their equipment within a very reasonable time. The foreman was friendly and professional. The teams worked together like a finetuned machine. All were friendly, respectful and competent. They even cleaned up and left my backyard in better condition than it was in when they came. A pleasant man came the next day to pick up the large logs. He was so careful not to damage any overhanging leaves that his large truck might harm as he pulled into the driveway. He was very kind and proud of his work. I liked that! Linda, the woman that handled the office work was super helpful and welcoming. Even the man that was repairing equipment in their building stopped to say a friendly hello as I passed by to pay my bill in the office and let me know they fix machines as well.“
