I want to say Florida lincare is awesome but. When traveling to Massachusetts I had requested oxygen be delivered on June 7th. It was delivered 5 days late. It was supposed to be picked up on June 27th. Here we are July 24 and three scheduled pick ups. It still has not been picked up. I have tried calling today and no one answers! What am I to do now??? I will NOT be responsible for this machine

Absolutely terrible service. This is my fourth time on hold,..this one is 42 mins now. They simply do not answer the phone if you need anything. There is no other way to reach them. The live chat feature just offers to email them your request. They don't actually help with anything. Terrible.

My mother is on Oxygen 24/7 the electric oxygen machine is not working properly they called at 11:00 pm on 10/12023 said someone would be out. My dad called and hour later and they said no it was to late to come out. We have a few small tanks - Not sure what that company doesn't understand when you say the electric oxygen machine is not working and someone needs it to stay alive. The red and yellow lines could also cause a fire where who know what the red and yellow lines mean. Plus this is a new machine , my mother was suppose to get it and it took months to get the new machine.AFTER GOING THROGH THE PHONE TREE TWICE - THEY HANG UP ON YOU 10-2-2023 .
