I have neck and jaw tightness that have been persistent for the past year. Ariel and Dylan have been great and dry needling has definitely helped to alleviate these symptoms! Highly recommend FIXXED!

I’ve done physical therapy with Ariel for several months now, and it has helped me tremendously. I came in to strengthen my pelvic floor for competitive running after having kids because I was getting frustrated with certain symptoms, and I’ve stayed because she’s not only helped significantly improve those symptoms but the ongoing exercises she gives me through PT has strengthened so many other muscles in my body that I can now feel them activating when I’m running and I feel much stronger and faster as a result. Ariel, Dylan and Kristina are absolutely amazing! I’ve been in PT with Kristina for about 5 sessions and have already seen significant improvement in daily chronic aches and pains associated with years of poor compensation patterns due to surgeries and orthopedic injuries. My body mechanics have already begun to change in a way that has greatly reduced daily my pain.
Kristina is amazing with truly listening to your symptoms and working with you to understand how to improve whole-body function.
