From the first time I contacted ***************** (highly recommended by my next-door neighbor), he was responsive and provided expert advice and recommendations when he looked at my trees. Once he and his crew started working (on time), I was impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail, safety, and ensuring the least impact on my property, using plates and ropes. 5 hours later *** delivered what he promised and spent a great deal of time thoroughly cleaning up. I can not certainly say the same for most of the contracts I hired but I highly recommend Arbor Tree Service and I look forward to their service in the future.

Over the years I have had many trees removed or pruned by many of the area tree companies (North Reading area). Arbor Tree Service is unquestionably the BEST company I have dealt with -- forget it being about trees -- Bob is an absolute professional and I could not have felt better about hiring his team. I received an email quote from him before he even left our yard. He arrived on schedule. My job required a crane for pruning two 70 foot maples overhanging our house and removing a dying tree in our backyard.
