A/C stopped working during the heatwave. Conor was here before 10 the next morning. Got it fixed quickly and was polite, efficient and (important for women who are alone) not at all creepy. I would absolutely use them again.
They are very prompt, cordial and helpful. I have done business with them in the past and they have gone out of their way to help me in times of need. They have experienced crews and I appreciate that level of expertise when I needed it.
Had trouble with my AC and they gave us an appointment right away. Technician explained all the options for repair or replacement. Furnace needed work too. Sales staff educated us on different options and decided to take care of both!
