I am really never called to leave a bad review of a business, but I would never want anyone to be put in the situation with their accounting that Roger and his team left me in. They would take weeks to get back to me; if they ever did; after paying $5000 to get my taxes done last year.I had previously told them that I wouldn't be having them do my books this year (after still not getting clear information that I had requested multiple times) So when Ashley called to have me get my paperwork in I asked to be taken off their call list and she was so incredibly rude to me. Very unprofessional and rude staff, always giving attitude!They never returned my phone calls and they are always “busy” even off tax season to talk to me.I’m very disappointed after calling IRS and finding out that they never received my documents, after 4 months that Roger Armstrong staff told me they sent!

I was recommended to Roger by a friend, but never got to work with him because he blew off my very first meeting, then had the balls to give me an attitude about it! If you want someone who respects your time, look elsewhere.
