Island Aesthetics MV is the only physician owned & operated med spa on the island. We offer a wide array of aesthetic procedures from Botox to IV therapy to liposuction. Our beautiful new spa is a short walk from the Vineyard Haven ferry terminal. Additionally, many of our services are offered via concierge so you can enjoy them in the privacy of your home or hotel room. Group rates are available for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, showers, or any special occasion.
