they are pretty good, although i had a bad experience at the end. its difficult to find anyone reliable on vineyard. they couldnt figure out the leak from the shower up stairs, finally joe's plumbing fixed it no problem. emergency calls very expensive! but alas your on the vineyard. paradise.lol.
I had a delightful experience working with Island Xpress. I hired them to replace a broken windshield. They were efficient, communicated well, and did the work on schedule and on budget. I could not have asked for a better more. Hopefully I will never need another windshield, but if I do I would go right back to Island Express.
Without a doubt some of the nicest people with whom you would ever want to interact. Fair prices, combined with a helpful, knowledgeable - and always smiling - staff. Carl in Custom Millwork is the best. So very helpful and willing to do what is needed to help with projects. My "go to" place for any lumber/woodworking needs.

The project was a bit expensive, like everything else on Martha's Vineyard, but the work was top notch. Turned my tread-worn and dog-scratched floors into a thing of beauty. Like new! Highly recommend!
We used Paul's services to design a new kitchen, laundry room and entryway. Paul was easy to work with and had some unique and thoughtful ideas that will make the addition update our house while integrating seamlessly with the original structure. We are looking forward to living in this new space!

This is the best rental experience I've ever had! The owner, Allison, was always communicative with me- despite our continually changing plans. She was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best rental experience possible.We rented a skiff for two weeks. I was nervous about finding a boat that fit the Great Pond requirements as everybody was booked but Allison worked with me to finalize the booking, even holding the boat for us, free of charge, until we'd finalized our plans. She remained flexible as we went back and forth with dates and drop-off.In the days leading up to the rental, she always took my calls and/or got back to me in a timely manner. When we needed somebody to go over the boat with us last-minute and her driver was unavailable, she offered to come out herself at the renter's availability. Her driver that dropped off the boat spent extra time with us to drive around the area, point out the tricky spots in the water, and give us directions for the best places to go.When I saw the lack of reviews, I was nervous to rent but I can't say enough about how wonderful renting with Island Water Sports was. The boat was perfect for our needs and price point. The owner was helpful, communicative, flexible, and accommodating. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!
