I called Straight Flush along with a handful of other plumbers and Jim was the only plumber to call me back the same day. He came out at 9 AM the next morning and surveyed the work to remove an old toilet and install a new, albeit more complicated, toilet. He said he would be over the following morning which he was and performed the work in a very professional manner. He worked extremely hard to get the new toilet installed and was successful. Splendid work. It was exactly what I wanted.

Straight Flush Plumbing has helped us out a couple times now and always great. First time being last year, we had a hot water tank leaking and needed another one same day, they came out and within a few hours, we were up and running. He has also recently helped with a broken backflow preventer. Highly recommended this company.

We got home last night to find our water pipe in the cellar burst. My husband's just had surgery so he couldn't fix it.
My husband posted on the Bellingham Buzz on FB about a plumber. After calling a few places he knew Jim was the guy for the job. Right after he spoke with Jim, he came right over.
