John has saved us on many occasions and is always time attentive and a man of his word. The work he does is amazing and super professional. I have and always recommend John for any plumbing work!

John does terrific work, is extremely conscientious, and stands behind everything he does. I was lucky to have him do the plumbing for my basement build-out project (I gutted the basement prior to bringing in the contractors). John re-organized the drain stack into a neater (and properly pitched) structure, and moved on to complete a full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry hook up; added an on-demand gas boiler for baseboard heat, domestic hot, and radiant heat under the main kitchen floor; plumbed the propane into and through to where it was needed; got my new gas fireplace insert permitted and operational; and a kitchenette sink, all working wonderfully.

I like these guys -- he has a helper now, which is good.Ironstone has helped out a few times. Installed a gas line for a grill, replaced a water heater, moved a gas line for a stove, and recently fixed a shower control valve that ripped off the wall with water running (during pandemic).Prices I think are competitive. Showing up, accepting the job and doing the work. All important steps that Ironstone performs. And works seems to be quality as well -- I've had no issues. Seems to be book values for the most part in this business... and yes, jobs cost money.I was just looking them up to do another SMALL gas line job for me... cap off a fire place insert.
