Jake came to our house initially to look at our problem and give an estimate. He was professional, had a good demeanor and gave us a good understanding of our problem and what it would entail to take care of it. The Craftech technicians came in and worked incredibly quickly to get our damaged ceiling dried and--where necessary--removed. We had great communication throughout. Very responsive and friendly. Even our dog loved them.
