“Firsts time using New Era Plumbing and Heating called as my system was providing heat and I couldn't shut off. Connor their tech arrived and was super kind, respectful, and professional. He explained he would be doing a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Unfortunately he said it wasn't the thermostat and would need an electrician. First time experience was very good and will use them again in the future.

“We called for three separate plumbing issues in our aging home recently and received an appointment date that was quicker than I’m used to with the trades.

Jonah arrived when he said he would and presented as a polite, friendly man whose obvious wealth of knowledge and experience did not comport with his relatively young age.

Jonah accurately diagnosed the issues and what was impressive to me was how he thoroughly explained them to us as well as his proposed solutions.

He returned on the following business day with the parts as he had stated, and accomplished all the repairs/upgrades as promised. He painstakingly tested his work before leaving.

We have other upgrades and repairs looming for the spring and be assured I will call Ferris and to be candid, ask for Jonah to do the work again.“

“I am remodeling and doing upgrades to my childhood home and it was time to replace the 40 year old natural gas boiler and 25+ year old hot water tank. Back when the boiler was installed it only had a efficiency of 67%+-. As you can imagine after working hard in all these New Hampshire Winters throughout the years I'm sure the efficiency has dropped dramatically(as I could tell by my energy bills). I knew I was on borrowed time with both these units and figured lets get this done during the Summer before the worst would happen during the Winter. As most people in Southern NH knows MASI's has been here for a long time(over 60 years)and is a family run business. Being a business owner myself I know that customer service is a key part to business. Anyone can sell you product, but it's the service and focus on detail that makes a difference. When I fist called and spoke with Keith he was extremely knowledgable and helpful with what my heating/hot water needs would entail. He then came to my house to access those needs and made some recommendations. We both agreed a combi unit (both heat & hot water)would be the best efficient & economic way to go. We went over the different models and I decided on the Bosch Singular Combi Boiler. A bit more expensive than others but I am very familiar with the Bosch family of products and have many in my home. Including all Thermdor kitchen appliances which is part of the Bosch family. Keith also took care of the town permit I needed and filled out my EngeryStar rebate to submit. The installation went smoothly. Julio, Kayden & Dave worked seamlessly to get everything in stalled correctly. All the copper piping was connected with the industries best fittings, Viega press fittings. This is the latest in technology to pipe fitting. No Soldering required. Less mess and no flames.
Another nice feature to this system is there is nothing on the floor of my basement. Everything is attached to the wall. The whole installation process took 2 days work. I really didn't realize all that was entailed to this installation. A lot of work for these 3 men. All 3 men where extremely polite and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. After my new combi boiler was installed they also replaced one of my outdoor water spigots which was corroded and had stopped functioning.

When all was done everything was clean & tidy. The only way I knew they were in my home is I had all new equipment.

“There is only one company that we will ever allow to handle our HVAC system needs and that is Ayotte Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. During a week long heat wave (July (2022), our central A/C unit stopped running. Temperatures in the house reached 85-90 degrees, and we needed immediate service. After calling multiple companies (including one that we were actually a customer of), ONLY Ayotte's was the one who answered our phone call (I am sure they have many individuals answering calls there, but if you are like me and lucky enough to talk with Michelle, you will know from the start that everything will be ok), and scheduled us for immediate service. We called them at 1:00pm and by 4:30pm (same day) a technician (Matt) was there fixing our problem.In a situation like this, as a home owner I want to know that there is a service provider out there who believes in running a business the right way.
