Dr Wilson has been our Vet for 20 years now and we can’t say enough good things about his practice. He and his very caring Team are not only experts in their field but they are professional, kind, supportive and compassionate. They are great and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch and loving Veterinarian!

I recently had both of my dogs neutered at Topsfield Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Wilson, Dr. Bailey, Amy, and all of the staff were great! They were very patient with all of my questions...and my follow-up questions. The day of the surgery went exactly as they had reviewed with me. And they followed up with me after a couple of days to make sure things were going well. My dogs have since fully recovered and are back to running and playing again. I'm really happy I took my dogs here. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.

The staff and Dr. Wilson were patient with my 85 lb rescue pup with vet anxiety issues. I was also so thankful they were able to get him in as a new patient when nobody else would. Very happy and relieved after a great visit! Happy to find a new family vet for my fur baby!
