Mr. Rogers provides more than exercise and strengthening. He offers life lessons involving respect, discipline, and attitude. His studio is my best "find" after moving to town 3 years ago!! Thank you!
This martial arts academy (in Topsfield, MA) set my life off on the best path I could imagine for any child. Supported in all of my ventures and hardships by a community of encouraging instructors, peers and adults. Guided by a structure that values: discipline, respect, humility, hard work, patience, balance, strength, resourcefulness, and confidence, I was "on my way" before I even knew there was a "way." The people and teachings here played a major role in shaping the person I am today, and I could not be more grateful.
