After some research, I decided to give Absolute a call. They appeared to be very busy because it took them a little while to call back. I told them about my most pressing problem which was a water leak that I was having a major problem locating it in a house that I rent out and they told me that it would take a week to look at it. Sunday June 23rd 2024 our Carbon Monoxide detector went off in the basement. We left the house and called the Fire Department.

To hear from the Lynn Fire Department that we had a CO2 problem was scary. We felt a little relief knowing that it was something a plumber could resolve. As instructed by the FD we called our oil company.

My wife and I were glad this took place in the day rather than at night in our sleep.

James found the problem, solved it in a timely manner.  Most importantly he was very informative on the situation and answered all our questions.

They are great and honest and the only company that didn't want my personal information . All the other companies wanted my banking information and my Social Security number so they can do credit check on me. I like to do things the old way and pay by check. They deliver the oil and leave the invoice and I sent out the check. They make you feel like your business is appreciated. They monitor my oil and make automatic deliveries, I haven't once ran out of oil not even during a snowstorm. They service my equipment yearly. There was a part on my furnace that was rusty and started to leak, I was stressed out and concerned that this was going to cost me a Fortune . It didn't it was under $100 and that was including the service call. If I sell my house I will strongly recommend that they stay with stadium oil.

“This company is the BEST! By far. Thank you very much to Ryan Lapinski and his group- and the entire company. We had our hot water tank go and a basement covered with water--- on a Saturday night.....We were pumping water and frantically calling companies. A couple of places answered our call but told us that the unit would need to be ordered and install would be 3-5 days. We were told that "no one has that tank in stock". Then we found New England Gas Systems and Ryan. We texted pictures of the tank and #'s to Ryan and within minutes he confirmed that they had the tank we needed- in stock....Ryan and his team arrived AT 8 AM SUNDAY MORNING to remove the old unit and replace the tank.
