DO NOT HIRE this roofer! This business is a complete scam. Initially, Dave Pratt responded promptly, but after we paid the deposit, he disappeared and never completed the project. He stopped replying altogether. We have reported this to the authorities for a scam investigation. If you're looking for a reliable roofer who will actually get the job done, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Worst contractor I have been worked with. Hired David to redo my siding and gutter. Asked me to pay off the balance before finish the whole project, then keeps postpone it using different reasons(COVID, cancer treatment, weather). My siding is left unfinished in a winter storm, also I'm living without gutter for almost a year. Communication is extremly poor, pause the project without any head up for most of the time, and won't give you any update for the pause until you ping him.
