We recently realized that one of our spare bedrooms had water coming in from the roof at all angles. We hadn't seen it before because that door is always closed. By the time we realized it, the room was completely destroyed. We not only needed a new roof, we needed that room fixed from top to bottom. We were directed to Ideal Property Maintenance out of Tewksbury MA. I met with the owner, Brian, to tell him what was happening with the damage we had.
