In the middle of the home renovation from hell, it became clear that our aging furnace could not handle the new square cottage and our contractor recommended D&C Mechanical to find a solution. Milton was great and helped us find the best solution that actually ended up giving us HVAC in our basement and a former addition, allowing us to avoid multiple mini-split units. He worked with MassSave so that we could utilize the 0% interest financing and installed high efficiency units. Christine was super helpful with that process! They were very reliable and respectful of our home while working here. Our new HVAC system is working very well and we are extremely pleased with the work that D&C did. Highly recommend!

We use D & C for our regular maintenance and they are exceptional. A couple of days ago we lost our heat from a secondary unit. D&C came as soon as possible, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. They take care of their customers and we couldn't be any happier.

This company is fabulous! I am a Property Manager in Boston. They service all our buildings. Very knowledgeable and awesome technician and great reasonable prices. Totally recommend them!! Very honest and reliable.
