The staff is so amazing and knowledgeable about the human body that every treatment is catered precisely to your needs, helping you get back to your regular activities as quickly as possible.
I recently had my first major surgery, left knee replacement. Concerned about my rehab because I planned on also getting the right knee replaced in a few months, I realized how important picking the correct Physical Therapist was. I contacted several offices in the area, but I felt most comfortable with how Bay State presented their facility, approach and staff to me. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was greeted Margaret, a wonderful Admin. Margaret was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She even took the time to research all my insurance requirements for me during my first appointment. I was assigned to work with Physical Therapist Stacey. Not knowing what to expect, I found Stacey to be engaged, patient, and a great teacher whom could relate to any one. As I got know Stacey better, I got to realize that she really got to know what made her clients tick and would motivate them in a way that made each of them feel comfortable. I credit Stacey with my rehab being a success. I felt lost when I first arrived at Bay State PT and know have confidence that my upcoming surgery and rehab on my right knee will also be a success. As for the rest of the staff at Bay State, every one of them are engaged and friendly as Margaret and Stacey. They all work together as a team and keep the environment focused, but light. Bay State has a very respectful culture and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Physical Therapy Facility. Bob Kelly
I’ve used Bay State Physical Therapy-Tewksbury a couple of times now for shoulder issues I have had and they’ve been great! Michael has helped get me back to peak performance with in person sessions and exercises I can do at home to keep my recovery on track. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again should I need to. I highly recommend them!
I highly recomend Bay State for any one looking for therapists who are friendly, know their stuff, and are great to work with. My son enjoyed working with Rob for the past 2 years and we are very sad we had to move on. All the staff always took the time to say hi to both of us and always looked so happy to see my little man. If we ever need a pt for any injuries or a Dr requests us to see a PT this is the place we will be requesting to go.
