Had what was a very tricky joist replacement, in a property. Did wonder if I could get anyone to quote me, as it was in an alleyway and above was the bathroom and the hot water tank. So it was tricky to do, without disturbing the rooms above. Met James who was friendly and professional, and agreed a time and price. Did a great job replacing the joist without disturbing any rooms above, and the price was very fair as well. Would call first for any other building jobs. Very happy with his work and professionalism.

James is honest, trustworthy and reliable. He carried out some brickwork on our home as we had some leakage through the windows. James has solved this problem for us and we were very happy with the work he carried out. Highly recommended and a lovely guy.
