With a 200+ year old home, the repairs can be - uhhh - "unique" let's say. The crew that CM Chartier employs are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and treat the property as if it were their own. Very respectful people, and - literally - as honest as the day is long. It feels good to hire someone you know you can trust. They have not always been the cheapest bid I have received, but the work has been outstanding - and if the job was less than they thought when quoting - they charged me less as a result. People like this are hard to find.
