It's been 6 months sense we signed a rebuilding contract with SC to rebuild my fire damaged house. The house suffered a large kitchen fire and a total gut was necessary, saving the foundation and framing. SC started off on a positive note; once permits were acquired they stripped the entire house, replaced the roof and fastened plywood to the exterior.For the past 10 weeks the workers show up only one day a week or not at all. This is causing huge delays and it's effecting our insurance compensation.I contacted SC and he said they would start getting rebuilding phases done more efficiently.
