I would definitely recommend SmokeClean. The guys were professional and did a great job. Chase has been extremely helpful every step of the way. He has always responded to me and has even helped me with my unresponsive insurance company adjuster. Give them a call and ask for Chase! It's been 6 months sense we signed a rebuilding contract with SC to rebuild my fire damaged house. The house suffered a large kitchen fire and a total gut was necessary, saving the foundation and framing. SC started off on a positive note; once permits were acquired they stripped the entire house, replaced the roof and fastened plywood to the exterior.For the past 10 weeks the workers show up only one day a week or not at all. This is causing huge delays and it's effecting our insurance compensation.I contacted SC and he said they would start getting rebuilding phases done more efficiently. Now the ball is in their court and we'll see which way this review will go. As of now I'd rate SC at 2.5 stars, they answer calls and return messages in a timely manner.I know reviews are mostly written after a service or product is received and not during, but I feel that most folks are motivated to write a bad review as revenge for receiving bad product or service and a good review usually written after being asked to do so by the product or service provider.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
