I have been visiting ODYS for a few months and attend the Wednesday night class. I feel so much relief and balance after class and Mike is extremely dialed in and a great instructor. I have added this weekly yoga class to my exercise routine and can't do without it. Thank you so much

Honestly this is the first place I ever been that didn't try to make you buy things you don't need. They have a process of getting to know you and your needs before they show you what aligns. The owner was extremely caring and personally went out her way. I'll be back for yoga classes because I felt so comfortable and got new knowledge I know it will help me out in my life. Thank you for this experience
