I called and confirmed that 6/10 of the positive reviews on here are from employees that work in the office.

Wasn’t going to post this but apparently my niece review has been deleted and she had to post it again. Now I feel like I should voice my experience.

My husband needed homecare and we tried to go through Maxim. I spoke to Jake and Eric mostly. Karen a little bit and decided to not continue with Maxim because of Jake. He was extremely pushy when it comes to hours and nurses I didn’t want. Overall, my family felt like Jake was just in it for money and had no other prerogative.

I have worked for Maxim for 6 years. I first signed in the Franklin office that moved to Taunton. I can't say enough for everyone that I have worked with over the years. The recruiters to clinical managers have been the best people I have ever worked with. The office support staff is just as great and so very helpful. The staff has allowed me to work to my fullest capacity and have been very supportive of me. Best company ever. I will always recommend them if someone is looking for work or looking for a caring and thoughtful company for a loved one. Great place to work!

Everyone is so friendly and understanding. They truly look out for their clients and do what is best for them. They truly care about their staff as well. I enjoy doing my job and overall positive atmosphere.
