Prices seem high, but quality has been excellent for faucet replacements(100 year warranty) gas pool heater pilot lighting, and new toilet install. Plus new valves welded. All done with quiet confidence. No drama. No surprises.
This company was quick to respond and provided excellent service. Both the office staff and technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They listened, answered questions and provided feedback. I would definitely recommend Jim Dorsey & Son, Inc. for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.
You know that feeling you get when you make a large purchase and right after you wonder in you made the right decision, you won't have that when you use Jim Dorsey and Son. This is the second year in a row that I've used them to replace an AC system in my home and I could not be happier! The house we bought in 2019 came with three old (and i mean OLD) systems. Being cost conscious we milked them for as much as we could, but now the time has come to replace them. Dorsey and Son have made that process so easy for us.
