First time customer. The woman I spoke to on phone and same one that helped me at desk was wonderful! I actually had to pay less than quoted which was a nice surprise! They did a great job on my white down comforter! Will def be back!!!!!!

I was greeted immediately! In a very friendly and helpful manner. I was dropping off and customer service rep let me know I had an item waiting for me. It was a shirt that I forgotten about. It was there for over one year and they still had it! TY!

Like many people, I have not needed to dry clean anything for a couple of years. During the "sweatpants era" I moved to a new place and now, two years later, needed to have some work clothes cleaned. Local Facebook page unanimously recommended Dermody, and after my first visit I can see why. My order was ready earlier than promised and everything looks perfect. I returned with a sweater that needed a very small alteration, and they had it done for me in less than 24h & at no charge. I have six pairs of dress pants to bring in next and I am glad I have found a great business that takes care of its customers.
