**PSA for all local moms that need labs for their kids.** Sent there by Swansea pediatrics as one next door to them didn’t do kids anymore? They weren’t very good anyway from past experience. Called to make an appointment as I was unable to make pediatric appointments via website. Went right in and down to lab and signed in on kiosk. Super quick and the two girls were great with my daughter (6yr) very gentle and patient. Used a butterfly as needed for CBC and lead. Would recommend to bring kids. Writing this for an FYI and hope it helps to elevate the stress.

I have been going here for easily over 20 years. I have literally grown with the practice. I have always been able to call them with every problem imaginable and more. When I had a medical issue but no one in the area knew how to handle it so they would just turn you away I ended up speaking to specialists in other areas of the country and in different countries, they were very helpful in sharing the information for the drs here so I printed out everything and shared it with my primary care Dr in Swansea, he immediately called the hospital and had me admitted and he started following the protocol as shared to help me heal. I have been a patient of Katherine Benevides/Dr. James Lippincott for over 15 years. I primarily see Kathy Benevides, FNP and she's absolutely the best. Caring, a good listener, compassionate, thorough. The office staff is polite and friendly. I cannot find a fault with the practice.
