“Clare was brilliant. Not only did she manage to see me last minute, but she also came in early to accommodate my schedule. She was warm and friendly from the get go, and really engaging throughout the appointment. I loved getting to know her and having chitchat. My hair treatment was a bright balayage and it looks great. Perfect all around. We talked through gloss options and ultimately agreed that what she knew was best as the professional and she was right! I even had my 3 month old baby attend the appointment and Clare was great with her. Allowing me to breastfeed on demand and keep her close when she needed fun/comfort.
